- Site surveys – topographical surveys and identification of drains and existing services, together with contamination and geotechnical investigations.
- Structural surveys and settlement monitoring, both non-intrusive and intrusive.
- Underpinning – all types, depending on the best solution, including small-diameter bored piling with beams where necessary, together with site management and control of the operations by the contractor. Contracts can be arranged and administered for the project.
- Structural design of deep basements, together with temporary works design, construction sequence and methodology, including drawings and specifications.
- Compliance with current CDM design regulations, Eurocodes, British Standards and Building Regulations, together with the current BS 5975 code for temporary works and relevant scaffolding codes.
